There will be nights like this again for SSCOPE crews this season soon!
SSCOPE continues to see growth in its snow shoveling services with strong support from private owners, non profits, property managers, Manitoba Housing and the City of Winnipeg for the November 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014 snow work season. We are poised to get out and start working on properties any day now, but like you thankful for the the brief respite in the weather.
To create real meaningful employment for those with a mental health or related disability, which is SSCOPE’s reason for existence, we continue to accept new customers in areas n we presently serve. For every 10-12 new properties we can add every year we can create new employment for another 2-3 more SSCOPE members. We appreciate your support and ask you to contact 204 987-6300 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a preliminary quote over the phone.
Growing our crew numbers also means we need to add snow blowers of various sizes, shovels, and vehicles. If you or your business can help SSCOPE to grow and serve our mission better, in return for a charitable donation receipt and recognition in various ways as a SSCOPE Partner and Ambassador, please contact the Director of Development, Bob Rempel at 204 987-6302 or by email at “email@example.com”

MPI Employees Donations Committee also did some internal fund raising and presented SSCOPE with gas cards and safety items for the vehicle in excess of $500. We at SSCOPE sincerely thank all the employee and management of MPI for their generous support of Mental Health through employment…the SSCOPE model.
The Christmas Tree pickup program took centre stage at SSCOPE late last week keeping our employees busy. We expect the demand to continue to for another two weeks or so bringing welcome employment and revenue to SSCOPE in our efforts to help those with mental health difficulties by creating real employment.
The fee for a SSCOPE Team Leader and employee-members to come by and pickup your tree for recycling throughout the City of Winnipeg is $25.00, cheque, cash upon pickup or credit card in advance. There is an additional $5.00 surcharge for pickups in outlying regions of Winnipeg.
To book your Christmas tree pickup please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details, with the words Christmas Tree Pickup in the “subject” line, or call 204 987-6300.
